We collect your full name, email address, mobile number and the payment identifiers linked to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account. We also log session activity such as login times and pages visited to detect unusual access and keep your account secure.

We store only the reference identifiers returned by the payment gateway after a transaction completes. Your full UPI handle or Paytm credentials are never written to our servers — they pass directly through the encrypted gateway and are not retained by us.

Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will verify your identity, compile your data and send it to you within 30 days. There is no fee for a standard access request.
