Go to the Wallet section, select UPI as your method, enter the amount and confirm with your UPI PIN on your banking app. The funds appear in your spincrush wallet within sixty seconds once your bank confirms the transfer.

Withdrawal requests go through a verification step that usually takes under two hours during business hours. Once cleared, the transfer to your Paytm or PhonePe account completes within the same business day in most cases.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. We recommend checking the rules that apply in your specific state before creating an account, as regulations can vary across different regions of India.

Our system records the state of every live round on the server. If you disconnect during a Speed Baccarat or Roulette round, the outcome is settled based on that server record. Check your transaction history — the result will appear there within five minutes.

Go to your profile page and open the Verification section. Upload a government-issued photo ID and a recent address proof. Verification is reviewed by our team and confirmed via email within twenty-four hours for standard submissions.

Your UPI handle is stored using encryption on our payment gateway, not on the spincrush server directly. We do not store your UPI PIN at any point — that stays between your device and your bank during each transaction.

If more than five minutes have passed and the amount is not showing, check that your Paytm transaction shows as successful on your end, then contact live chat with the transaction reference number. We can trace it on the payment gateway side and resolve it quickly.
